Head Chef at the Cornwood Inn, Conrad Mitchell, has more than 38 years' experience as a chef, working internationally in a range of setting, including Michelin-starred venues (and earning his own Michelin star at Casa Tegoyo in Lanzarote).
For the last few years, having returned to the UK, Conrad has been deploying that experience in a pub setting, which is where his food ethos now sits.
